[ Will Sheridan ]

After moving to London in 2012 to study at Goldsmiths University, I graduated with honors from the MFA program in 2014. I had the privilege of being taught by artists such as Mark Leckey and Jemima Stehli. Before my MFA, I studied economics and art, earning a Bachelor of Science in Art and Technology and Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

My practice is mainly in photography, sculpture, and sound, utilizing methods of assemblage and collage.

From 2020 to 21, I began training in medicine and worked full-time as an HCA/assistant nurse in the Acute Medicine ward at St George’s Hospital. This experience, especially during the pandemic, was intense and humbling. It taught me the importance of teamwork, patience, and empathy, qualities I bring to every aspect of my professional life.

I have exhibited my work in Europe and internationally at the ICA, Jerwood, Emalin Gallery, Anonymous Gallery, Fluent, Bauhaus, and Sweetwater Gallery, among others.
