Come Quick Disaster is a free, informal artist-led crit open to artists and anyone interested in art. Two artists bring work to discuss, with the group responding to the work before the artist joins the conversation.

The platform brings together artists at all stages of their careers through engaging critiques, artist talks and curated exhibitions.

Through humour, physicality, trickery of the mind and the deception of touch and weight, Moore’s work seeks a return to something inherent: an intrinsic awareness of nature, movement, weather and weight, and an intuition towards others that connects contemporary experience with that of ancestors.

Audience participation is integral to the performance work, inviting the public to interact, perform and contribute. Through these collective actions, the work becomes increasingly human-centric, creating a connection between participants and ancestral forms of communal labour. What is being paid homage to remains deliberately unclear; the method, however, is one of collectivism

Richard Malone, b.1990 (they/them,he/him) is an Irish artist from Wexford. Malone's practice explores ideas of queerness, class and place through sculpture, performance, textiles and installation. In 2026, Malone was the Derek Hill Scholar for Painting at the British Schools at Rome, and won a Gilbert Bayes Award for Sculpture from the Royal Society of Sculptors. In 2026, Malone was selected to represent Ireland for its Presidency of the Council of the European Union, 2026. cuimhne agus seadchomhartha (memory and monument), is a large scale installation across mutiple buildings, including the Justus Lipsius and Europa buildings. Recent solo exhibitions include A Record of Tenderness at The Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon, Figures at Ormston House, Limerick and knot, bind, gesture, bend at the National Gallery of Ireland, in response to Giacometti, From Life. Recent residencies include the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation, CT, USA, Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris and the National Gallery of Ireland. In recent years, Malone has undertaken the Central Hall Commission for the Royal Academy London’s Summer Exhibition, and debuted their first public performance at the Hayward Gallery - Concurrence. Malone’s essays have been published by Luncheon and British Vogue, and in 2025, they were the first solo artist to takeover the Erotic Review, Issue 4. Their essay “temperance” opened the publication, based on their work with their father, and their relationship to labour.
