Residency Four

Two artists, one studio, four months.

Residency Four offers two artists the opportunity to share a dedicated studio space over a four-month period. The residency provides time and space to develop new work, undertake research, and/or advance existing projects within a focused studio environment.

The programme is artist-led and non-prescriptive, encouraging participants to take a self-directed approach to their projects and practice. Artists shape their own residency experience, using the time to explore and expand their practice or specific project on their own terms. Working together in one space artists will find opportunities for dialogue, social exchange, and potential collaboration.

Residents will have the opportunity to take part in the Open Studios weekend and are encouraged to engage with the wider studio community. There is also scope to initiate small-scale, informal public activities, such as workshops, conversations, or open studio moments with our support, should this align with your practice/project.
